EVVE MILANO RETURN POLICY

For online purchases, EvvE will accept merchandise in its original condition and packaging for a refund of the purchase price less pay-pal fees and shipping when accompanied by the original invoice. Return merchandise must be issued a Return Authorization and must be post marked within 14 days from the date of delivery to EvvE-Milano.com. If you do not ship bag back within this time frame EvvE Milano will do an exchange for you. Customer is still responsible for freight charges.

Easy-to-follow return instructions are included below:

MAKE SURE YOU RETURN BAG IN IT’S ORIGINAL CONDITION AND PACKING MATERIAL (including carton, canvas shopper and silk dust bag). If the canvas shopper and silk dust bag are not enclosed the bag will be returned to customer and will not be issued a credit.

EvvE-Milano.com does not provide return shipping labels and shipping charges for returned item(s) are the client’s responsibility. EvvE Milano will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, mishandled, or damaged.

Merchandise returned to EvvE-Milano.com will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt. A confirmation email will be sent once your account has been credited. Refunds may only be issued to the form of payment that was utilized for the purchase. For Visa, and Mastercard, we will reimburse the card used. Please note the original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
